Who Are We ?
The DAZiBO Restaurant, PUB-BiSTRO combines the best of Irish pubs and French
bistros. A hearty meal, a decent pint of Guinness, all served in a warm,
friendly atmosphere!
Our specialty, the Brik meal, is a fine example of fusion cuisine. We were
inspired by the North-African Brik. We have created more than 15 different
types, all served with a good 'auld' baked potato and a mixed salad with
our house balsamic-vinegar dressing.
Discover our pizzas, salads, fabulous desserts, brunch plates, and Irish
Breakfast with our soda bread. The Irish Stew table d'hôte menu is available
upon reservation, for a minimum of four people. We use many locally produced and
organic ingredients. The DAZiBO is a member of the Grands Rangs de Portneuf
Co-op.
You'll find Guinness and Harp, and local beers, on tap. We also have a full bar
and wine menu.
We are located next door to Station Duchesnay in
Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier, not far from the Ice Hotel in winter and
Treego Duchesnay in summer. The Jacques-Cartier/Portneuf bicycle path and
snowmobile trail is right in our back yard! Cyclists, snowmobilers,
cross-country skiers, and skaters are welcome!

the dog sleds at Aventure Inukshuk or to continue your relaxing afternoon on
your way home from the Spa Tyst Tradgaard. Discover our traditional, Irish, and
